Pamela Altman is an experienced retirement specialist who is known for helping, educating and supporting clients, no matter their circumstances or their needs. With a focus and emphasis on developing strategic investment plans to reach their future financial and lifestyle goals, she is constantly engaging with others to learn new, innovative methods of protecting and generating wealth.

Pamela is always striving to provide more holistic service for our clients at Innovative. This process has also given her the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skillset she has acquired over the course of decades in the financial services industry.

Most of that experience was under major firms and in leadership roles, and she’s now proud to have her own company and firm that she feels is more reflective of her philosophy when working with clients. She’s completely available in any capacity and works to assist holistically, which she thinks offers more clarity and singularity in a financial plan.

She achieved her undergraduate degree in education from Washington University in St. Louis then proceeded to earn her Master’s in early childhood education from University of California San Diego. Having transitioned to financial services, she sees so much value and crossover from her teaching career. She now hopes to inspire people to use their gifts to influence others to pursue their maximum potential.
